Services
Free Consultation

We believe everyone should have a doula and that you might need to explore your options before making your decision! That's why we offer a free consultation so you can 'interview' us and see if we would be a great fit or not. We will go over what we do, what we don't do, and how we can best support you and your partner.
Phone & Email Support
We will answer any questions and make suggestions within our scope of practice via email or text between 9:00am and 9:00pm before 37 weeks, and 24hrs a day from 37 weeks until the birth of your babe.
1-3 Prenatal Visits

We will meet with you at least once and up to a maximum of 3 times prenatally to get to know you better and discuss any 'birth wishes' you may have, in this time we will also try to address any specific fears and concerns you may have and go over some comfort measures. If you are choosing to breastfeed we will also go over some essential information in order to prepare you and help you out on your new journey with your little one.

Professional Information
We will only provide you with up to date, relevant, evidence based information and resources. Please see our resource list for great links and info!
During Labor
Your doula is available to you within 90mins of first calling and letting her know that she is needed. We offer both in home and hospital support and can meet you at either place to help you along with labor. Once with you, your doula will not leave until an hour or two after the birth of your babe, once mom, partner and babe are all fed and settled. In the case of a long labor or unforeseen circumstances a back-up doula may be called in to relieve the first doula. You will have established a relationship with both your doulas, due to our unique team approach.

As a Doula, We Do Not:

Perform any clinical tasks
We DO NOT perform any clinical tasks including blood pressure checks, fetal heart checks, vaginal exams, or any other task that falls under the purview of the clinical staff, physician or midwife.
Make decisions for you
We DO NOT make decisions for you or your partner, we can give you relevant information so that you can make an educated informed choice.
Speak to the staff on your behalf
We DO NOT speak to the staff on your behalf, the client is responsible for speaking directly to all medical staff. We can although ask for clarification from medical staff if you feel your not understanding what is being said or suggested.
Project any of our own beliefs onto your experience

We value and respect that every momma, labor and birth are different! What might work or be beneficial to one birthing person may not be for another. Although we all have our own experiences we strive to come to each birth with a fresh start and new perspective!
